Refund Policy

Last update: 15 January 2024

1. Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy lasts for 14 days after the receipt of the artwork. Unfortunately, after this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange of the artworks.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Printable artworks sold as digital files are non-refundable due to the nature of the product. However, if there is an issue with the file, it may be replaced with another digital artwork upon mutual agreement with the customer.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the purchased artwork must be returned in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.

4. Damaged Returns

If the returned artwork is damaged, you will not be eligible for a refund unless it was damaged during delivery.

5. Shipping Damage

If the artwork was damaged during shipping, you will be eligible for a refund of both the artwork and the return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Printable art (digitally downloadable artworks)

7. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

8. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and returned via the most convenient method agreed upon, within a specified number of days.

9. Exchanges

Artworks are refunded or replaced only if they were damaged during shipping. However, if a client wishes to exchange an artwork, agrees to pay the shipping costs, and returns the purchased item in its original condition, an exchange is possible upon mutual agreement between DELAROKE and the buyer. If the buyer wishes to replace an artwork with a more expensive one, the cost difference must be covered by the buyer.

10. Return Locations

Some artworks are sold directly from the artist’s studios, others from a DELAROKE location in Nigeria and Scotland. To return an artwork, you will receive the appropriate return address from us.

11. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the artwork was damaged during delivery. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

12. Shipping Time

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

13. Shipping Insurance

When returning a valuable item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without damages.
