Here's how to buy artworks from our online gallery:

1. Signup/Login: Login or Signup and login to make and track your orders.

2. Select Your Artwork: Browse our gallery and click on the artwork you want to purchase. If you are considering multiple pieces, click "ADD TO WISHLIST” and or “ADD TO COMPARE”. Then click “CONTACT GALLERY” to RESERVE the artwork(s). You can continue to explore our gallery.

3. Artwork Reservation: We use Stripe for payments. An invoice payment link would be mailed to you to make payment.

4. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, we will reach out to confirm all details, including shipping information.

To complete your order, click "CONTACT THE GALLERY" from your selected artwork. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to make your payment. We use Stripe.

We’re confident you’ll love our art, as our customers from several countries often find it looks even better in person than on a screen. However, if you’re not satisfied with your piece, we will do our best to make it right. You can either replace the artwork or receive a refund if you return it to us safely. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Certainly! We ship artworks worldwide, with only a few exceptions. If you have any questions about specific destinations, please feel free to contact us.

We provide complimentary shipping for the majority of our artworks. Please review the product description to confirm if free shipping applies. For certain artworks, shipping charges may apply based on factors like size, weight, and destination country.

However, feel free to reach out to us for shipping cost inquiries specific to your region. Rest assured, your cherished artwork can be delivered worldwide, with only a few exceptions. If you have any questions about delivery destinations, please don't hesitate to ask.

Our art gallery operates from three primary locations: Port Harcourt, Nigeria; Johannesburg, South Africa; and Glasgow,Scotland. We dispatch our artworks from these locations.

We ship every artwork using a reliable courier service, ensuring hassle-free online tracking. Once your artwork is shipped, you will promptly receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Your artwork will be delivered within 2-3 weeks, depending on your location.

We cannot guarantee whether your country’s customs will charge you for importing the artwork you purchased. While European sales typically don't incur import duties, there might still be VAT depending on the artwork's value.

We take extra care to package our artworks securely, but accidents can still occur. That’s why we insure all our artworks. If your artwork arrives damaged, please send it back to us.

Yes, if you want an original piece or print in a specific size or color, we can create one just for you. However, please note that not all artists accept requests for custom paintings or sculptures.
